You'll play a key role in material sourcing, vendor coordination, design documentation, and on-site support. This is a hybrid role that blends creative collaboration with meticulous project management, ideal for someone who enjoys both design and the logistics that make it all happen. Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist lead designer with design development, space planning, and presentation prep</li><li>Conduct field measurements and draft plans in Chief Architect or similar software</li><li>Source materials, finishes, and fixtures to match the project vision</li><li>Build mood boards and manage sample libraries</li><li>Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Prepare and organize design agreements, scopes of work, contracts, and schedules</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation, calendars, and shared project folders</li><li>Support project manager with ordering, delivery tracking, and inventory management</li><li>Coordinate on-site meetings, document notes, and ensure project updates are communicated</li><li>Attend installations, site walks, and photoshoots as needed</li><li>Occasionally assist with material pickups or returns</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field</li><li>1 to 2 years of experience in design or construction coordination preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Proficient in Chief Architect, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Confident communicator and team player</li><li>Curious, proactive, and passionate about design and details</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Full-time position</li><li>Competitive compensation at $40,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience.</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Creative and collaborative team culture</li><li>Room to grow into a full-time interior design role</li><li>A beautiful studio space and hands-on exposure to high-end residential design</li><li>Direct impact on unique, transformative home projects</li></ul>Ready to create something beautiful and keep it beautifully organized?
