We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented In-Home Sales Representative who's ready to be the face of our servicesomeone who connects easily with customers, manages details with care, and thrives in a team that works hard and has fun doing it.

What You'll Do:

• Run professional in-home sales appointments with homeowners
• Establish budgets and submit pricing requests
• Deliver detailed estimates
• Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments to close the sale
• Place accurate product orders and coordinate with vendors
• Lead smooth production handoffs and walk-throughs with installation crews
• Collect payments, gather referrals, and maintain excellent client relationships
• Document all client communications in our CRM
• Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings

What We're Looking For:

• Sales experience (preferably in windows, doors)
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems
• A proactive team player who can also work independently
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
