We're looking for an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative, and brings structure and efficiency to our day-to-day operations. What You'll Do Scheduling &amp; Communication<ul><li>Book initial consultations for prospective clients with our sales team</li><li>Coordinate and confirm window and door installation appointments</li><li>Manage rescheduling, cancellations, and client follow-ups</li><li>Respond to emails, calls, voicemails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally</li></ul> Calendar &amp; Office Management<ul><li>Maintain and organize the company-wide master calendar, including sales, installations, and internal meetings</li><li>Provide daily administrative support to the sales, operations, and office teams</li><li>Serve as the first point of contact for all deliveriesincoming and outgoing</li></ul> Showroom &amp; Customer Experience<ul><li>Keep the showroom clean, stocked, organized, and ready for customer visits</li><li>Greet walk-in customers and direct them to the right team member</li><li>Assist with walk-throughs and create a welcoming customer experience</li></ul> Additional Administrative Tasks<ul><li>Enter and maintain data in our CRM and project management tools</li><li>Help create and update customer files and project documents</li><li>Support internal meeting coordination and track administrative tasks</li><li>Manage office supplies and vendor communication as needed</li></ul> Who You Are<ul><li>A strong multitasker who's detail-oriented and adaptable</li><li>An excellent communicator, both written and verbal</li><li>Experienced with scheduling platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace</li><li>Minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative role (experience in construction, remodeling, or service-based scheduling is a plus)</li><li>Independent and resourceful, while being a reliable team player</li></ul> What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary of $35 - $45K based on experience</li><li>Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, and vision and dental options</li><li>A fun, motivated team with supportive leadership</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and long-term contribution</li></ul> The chance to be part of creating beautiful, lasting work in homes across our community
