We're looking for an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative, and brings structure and efficiency to our day-to-day operations.



What You'll Do


Scheduling & Communication

  • Book initial consultations for prospective clients with our sales team
  • Coordinate and confirm window and door installation appointments
  • Manage rescheduling, cancellations, and client follow-ups
  • Respond to emails, calls, voicemails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally


Calendar & Office Management

  • Maintain and organize the company-wide master calendar, including sales, installations, and internal meetings
  • Provide daily administrative support to the sales, operations, and office teams
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all deliveriesincoming and outgoing


Showroom & Customer Experience

  • Keep the showroom clean, stocked, organized, and ready for customer visits
  • Greet walk-in customers and direct them to the right team member
  • Assist with walk-throughs and create a welcoming customer experience


Additional Administrative Tasks

  • Enter and maintain data in our CRM and project management tools
  • Help create and update customer files and project documents
  • Support internal meeting coordination and track administrative tasks
  • Manage office supplies and vendor communication as needed


Who You Are

  • A strong multitasker who's detail-oriented and adaptable
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Experienced with scheduling platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative role (experience in construction, remodeling, or service-based scheduling is a plus)
  • Independent and resourceful, while being a reliable team player
